Strawberry Ice Cream

Made with love and BC Strawberry puree.

Hard to find a good flavourful strawberry ice cream made from real strawberries, and no artificial flavours or colours. This one takes the cake. To add a hint of pink, we add a natural colour made from beets. Made with Alberta cream. Pairs well with our vanilla ice cream…espresso poured overtop, or a soft moist sponge cake.
