Belgian Chocolate Ice Cream

Our Belgian Chocolate ice cream has a refined, rich chocolate flavour that you would get if you had a hodgepodge of milk chocolate and dark chocolate.

Using high fat, high quality cocoa, and a pure chocolate liquor( cocoa mass) , we are able to control the sweetness, and texture of the final product. Made with Alberta cream. Pairs well with Raspberry sorbet…or any glass of red wine for that matter.
